Setsuna F. Seiei The protagonist of this work. He is one of the Gundam Meisters of the private armed organization “Celestial Being”. He refers to himself as “Gundam”, embodying the eradication of war. Due to his background as a former child soldier, he is unfamiliar with how to interact with people and is less talkative compared to other Meisters.
Lockon Stratos He pilots the Gundam Dynames. He lost his parents and younger sister, Amy, to a suicide bombing by the KPSA (anti-government guerrillas) when he was young, and harbors a strong hatred for terrorists.

Allelujah Haptism He pilots the Gundam Kyrios. He is a super soldier (subject E57) enhanced by the Human Reform League’s superhuman agency. Due to brain quantum wave surgery, his personality has been split into Allelujah, who governs “thought”, and Hallelujah, who governs “reflex”. As a result, by reflecting and coordinating both personalities at the same time, he achieves the super soldier’s goal of merging thought and reflex, demonstrating overwhelming combat power.
Tieria Erde He pilots the Gundam Virtue. He believes that the purpose of a Gundam Meister’s existence is to carry out the plan, and he sometimes shows hostility towards Setsuna F. Seiei, who is also a Meister but often acts outside of the plan. On the other hand, he has many immature aspects mentally, such as lamenting when he himself distorts the plan.
