Summary
One day in May, while preparing for the cultural festival, Koyomi Araragi, a high school senior, learns the secret of his classmate, Hitagi Senjougahara, with whom he has barely spoken in three years. Hitagi does not participate in physical education at all and continues to go to the hospital, but in fact, she had almost no weight. After school on the day he learned her secret, Koyomi is persistently threatened by Hitagi not to reveal her secret, but he offers to help her with her secret without being discouraged.
